Take a pen, a ruler, a blank sheet of paper and some tape, and find a hard and flat surface somewhere on the wall.
1.Place this piece of paper on the floor, flush with the wall. Stand upright on the paper with your heels against the wall.
2.Make a mark on the paper with the longest toe of the foot.
3.Use a ruler to measure the heel-to-toe length you marked for your foot.
